In the world of traditional archery there are so many fun shoots to keep the archer shooting. Many of these events happen to be 2 to 3 day rendezvous. The ones I have had the pleasure to partake in are the GLLI (Great Lakes Longbow Invitational) held by the MLA. Also, the Lapeer Bowmen have an event called the "Traditional Archery Rendezvous Weekend" at the end of August as a rule. There are many others, such as, Compton's, Etar, and The Traditional Bowhunter's Expo in Kalamazoo Michigan. etc. Have you ever had the luck to be at such an event? Which did you like the best?
